Our CompactFlash cards will operate with either +3.3 volts (±5%) or +5 volts (±10%) and can fit into any computer, single board computer, or instrument with a CompactFlash slot.
WinSystems specializes only in CompactFlash devices that operate over the entire industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. These reliable, high-endurance cards are designed with NAND-type single level cell (SLC) flash memory devices coupled with a powerful 32-bit RISC/DSP controller. They support static and dynamic wear leveling to insure long life plus error correction and detection on the data. These Type 1 devices are designed for manufacturing and embedded environments including medical, transportation, industrial, communications, military/aerospace, security and surveillance applications.
WinSystems offers standard and dual-channel, high-speed industrial CompactFlash cards.
